THE CHALLENGE
This marketing services firm had an online ordering system that allowed users to create brochures and mailers, but it suffered from less than stellar usability. Reaching Neighbors hired MediaRich to redesign the ordering system and improve the site’s overall appeal and usability.

We reworked the product offering pages, and began conducting usability studies of users to identify and build an ordering system that allows customers to complete orders unassisted.
